Job Description:

A 10-week internship position with the Lillibridge Property Management and Leasing team. This team is responsible for oversight of our 360 property Medical Office Building ("MOB") Portfolio, in addition to our exciting Research & Innovation ("R&I") Portfolio.Under the direction of the Director of Client Engagement and Business Operations, the Intern will gain exposure to operational and marketing activities of a leading real estate investment trust. The Intern will provide support for various property management and leasing activities within the Lillibridge team. While we do not require any prior real estate or healthcare experience, we do require candidates who are smart, humble, anxious to learn, work hard, and be an integral part of a company with a track record of success.

Responsibilities
  • Working to build brand identity across various markets
  • Cataloging MBE (Minority Owned Business Enterprise /WBE (Women Owned Business Enterprise) Vendors and other Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) activities
  • Assisting in drafting processes/procedures, and managing changes with end-users and other subject matter experts (SME)
  • Preparing materials for monthly senior leadership and all employee calls
  • Uploading documentation on internal PML website
  • Completing ad hoc projects, reports or other requests as needed
  • Ensuring the completion of assigned tasks in line with established deadlines
  • Other marketing projects and operational duties as needed


Qualifications
  • Actively pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business; rising seniors preferred
  • Some real estate, project management or marketing experience preferred; willingness to learn essential
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required; SharePoint or other collaboration software experience strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in content writing and editing
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment delivering high-quality results
  • Confident self-starter and quick learner who requires minimal supervision after training
  • Adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity
  • Excellent attention to detail, and strong organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to work full-time for a minimum of 10 weeks during Summer 2021
