The role willserve as an advocate and ally toallASQ employees and the HR team.We are looking for a local candidate to begin the position remotely with the ability to work onsite once we return to office.ResponsibilitiesServe as point of contact for the HR group and helps with all general questions. Create and maintain all personnel files and maintains workgroup filing. Complete check requests and employment verifications. Complete project work in regards to: Onboarding Electronic file creation Handbook HRIS system uploads Compliance PerformanceManagement Assist with HRIS with basic system transactions. Shadow HR team to learn and help drive improved efficiencies. All other duties as assigned.Bring Your BestA high school diplomaandcurrently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources or related field.Prior internship experience preferred.The LocationASQ isconveniently situated in downtown Milwaukee, in the ASQ Center, immediately adjacent to major freeway exits,The Avenue MKE, andRiverWalk.Our locationprovidesour employees easy indoor and outdoor access to shopping,restaurantsand coffee shops.Our office spaceisin a historic building incorporatinga contemporary workspace; includingnewly designedworkstations, sit/stand desks, and community and collaboration space.ASQ is currently working remotely as a result of the pandemic with the hopes of returning to office before the end of this calendar year.
