WHO YOU ARE
You will learn the ins-and-outs of our daily routines and procedures. You will focus on learning how our organization runs and gain valuable insight that will help with guiding your interests in your chosen career field. In addition to business duties, you will have the opportunity to meet managers, executives, and other members of the hospitality team.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Shadow multiple business positions and departments and train in a variety of tasks. Department assignments could include, but aren't limited to:
Lodging
Dining
Golf
Fitness
Marketing/PR
Event Sales
Conduct a variety of general administrative tasks as assigned
Take notes and memos during meetings
Run general industry related errands
Manage databases and input information, data, and records
Research and gather documentation on company position in industry
Project work as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
WHAT WE NEED (MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS)
Education - High school diploma or equivalent; must be enrolled in an accredited university/college program. Seeking students who are going into their Junior year of college.
Experience and/or Training - Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Self-directed and able to work without supervision; Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
Technology/Equipment - Familiarity with office machines and computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Availability - Varies with business type and responsibilities
