Reporting to the Executive Vice President General Manager (EVPGM), you will oversee all our sales and marketing activity within a defined geographic area or region. You will plan and implement our business plan within the region. Your leadership team is composed of a Director, Marketing (DOM); Director, On Premise (DOP); and Director, Distribution (DOD) and is expected to work with the U.S. & Region leadership teams (Marketing, On Premise, Distribution, Key Accounts, Finance, and Human Resources) to understand our business strategies and implement them within the region with their customers and consumers.
All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
Build the annual business plan for the region following global and national strategies
Ensure agreement and integration for marketing and sales initiatives
Implement our annual business plan with the region’s third-party and independent distributors
Provide input and feedback to senior leadership on business planning strategies
Manage region budgets for Marketing, Distribution, On Premise, and in-directs according to the business plan
Lead your team in working towards important customer and consumer initiatives
Measure results on important region goals vs. business plan
Provide coaching, feedback, and training across all teams in real time
Ensure yearly goals are set for every employee
Promote the “Best 11 Player” philosophy on talent and hiring decisions
Analyze important customer and consumer trends (e.g., $ share, PSA, WvC, T&A, HHP, SOR, etc.) and develop action plans to address market opportunities
Ensure Red Bull is the #1 energy drink brand in store
Ensure business plan priorities are implemented with our distributor networks
Maintain business relationships with our 3rd Party Distribution Partners through communication and feedback
Achieve annual volume business plan goal
Deliver in-store execution results (e.g. WvC, PSR, VIP)
Deliver annual distribution goals
Achieve Business Plan marketing events, athlete projects, media outcomes, and consumer metrics
Deliver dollar and unit share results
