Or you specialize in one or the other, our practice covers the functional & process side of SAP as well as the technical development & technical architecture. Additionally, you have the communication and people skills to inspire teams to bring their A-game.

The Work:

• Develops processes and roadmaps that define integration strategies in Hybrid landscape where clients are executing or planning for major S/4 HANA transformation work keeping SAP BTP Integration Suite at the center of the integration strategy.
• Drive application Integration strategy including roadmap definition and execution in collaboration with the various Technology teams like Cloud Integration, Enterprise Architecture, Data Architecture etc.
• Provide technical and thought leadership in both system integration as well as application development and promote best practices in these areas.
• Act as trusted advisor to Application technology leads and 3rd party partners on all matters of integration design, development, execution, and support.
• Manages, mentors, and encourages the team working within SAP Integration; handling performance, goals and development potential and build capability and community of practitioners.
• Collaborates with business and tech leads to settle integration requirements; develops the strategy, coordinates the development, and works to resolve bottlenecks to delivery project work aligned with program timelines.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with your project and client leads and team members and become a go to person on SAP integration related matters.
• Keep yourself updated with the latest and emerging technologies in the SAP Technical Integration area and deliver optimal values and solution for our clients.
• Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here's what you need:

• Minimum of 5 years experience developing and managing Integrations involving different Integration domain and styles, building reference architecture, integration strategy, development standards and guiding/providing technical know-how to the broader team
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in enterprise level integrations using SAP BTP Integration Suite or Cloud Platform Integration.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with designing and implementing Integration solutions using SAP BTP Integration Suite including Event driven approach(Event Mesh / Advance Event Mesh), API First approach (APIM, API Security/ OAuth 2.0 based authentication, API Gateway, API Business Hub), Open Connectors, Gateway, Cloud Connector etc.
• Minimum of 1 year experience with different integration architecture principles, patterns and protocols, ex: Process integration, Data Integration, Integration with SAP and Non-SAP SaaS products, protocols, such as JSON, XML, Groovy Script, OData, EDI and IDoc, as well as knowledge of integration-specific standards like AS2, SFTP, JMS, etc.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience

Bonus points if:

• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with teammates (onshore/offshore), project and client stakeholders.
• You have hands on experience with SAP S/4 HANA Digital Cloud Enterprise architecture, RISE and GROW models and proficient with the latest SAP SaaS and Non-SaaS products and functionalities.
• You have experience with Integration Monitoring, Error Handling, Reprocessing involving JMS queues, Data stores, SAP AIF, Splunk, ANS etc.
• You have familiarity with different key integration areas like Bank Integration, Industry-standard data formats and B2B Integration involving different B2B tools and VANs.
• You have Integration experience with multiple Middleware platforms involving Hyperscalers like (Azure/AWS/Google), Dell Boomi, Mulesoft, etc.
• You have experience with end to end integration development including RFC/BAPI/IDOC/OData related development using SAP S/4 HANA ABAP
• You have Full Stack cross Integration pattern development experience using SAP BTP Tools and Services.
• You've earned any SAP or Hyperscaler related Integration or Architect Certification

As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Albany County, NY, California, Colorado, New York City, or Washington as set forth below.

California: $78,500 to $192,600

Colorado: $78,500 to $166,400

New York City: $90,900 to $192,600

New York - Albany: $67,600 to $154,100

Washington: $83,600 to $177,200
