About you

As the Senior Manager, Learning & Development (Sales Training) you will play a pivotal role in the training and career development of sales professionals across North America. You will lead the design, development, and execution of commercial real estate sales training programs, working collaboratively with key stakeholders to understand organizational goals and tailoring training programs to meet objectives. As part of the Talent Development team, you will act as a thought leader in the space of sales training, talent development, and commercial real estate.

In this role, you will...

  • Lead day-to-day program management for key sales training programs, working closely with stakeholders, coaches, and SMEs.

  • Develop & implement key training and sales development programs.

  • Create engaging and effective training content including presentations, materials, e-learning, and other tools & resources.

  • Oversee the delivery of training programs which may include facilitating webinars and workshops, and engaging internal & external SMEs, training providers, and mentors.

  • Develop and implement assessment tools and evaluation mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of training programs and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

What you'll bring

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Human Resources, or related field.

  • Proven experience in strategic decision making and translating talent initiatives into measurable business impact.

  • Ability to develop strong relationships with hiring teams and leadership.

  • Experience managing a team and working cross-functionally.

  • Developed organizational, time management, and project management skills with a demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a team environment.

  • High level of professionalism and excellent interpersonal skills. Proactive, results-oriented, and resourceful. Ability to deliver excellent client service across the organization and with external partners

  • Brokerage or Commercial Real Estate experience is considered an asset.

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).

  • Familiarity with Workday (HRIS)

Approximate Salary Range for Role: $86,233 to $178,308 if located in the US or $90,307 to $186,732 if located in Canada.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US and Canada locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Certain senior-level roles are eligible for unlimited time off. Employees will also enjoy 10 paid holidays plus two personal flex days throughout the calendar year. 12 weeks (for birth parents) and 4 weeks (for non-birth parents, including adoptive/foster parents) for paid parental leave will also be available for use after successful completion of 90 days of employment.
