About the Role:
We have an exciting opportunity to support our Events & Community team as a Manager, Meetings & Events based in Miami, FL. The Manager, Meetings and Events, reports to the Director, Meeting and Events, and is responsible for planning, execution and oversight of Subway's conferences and bi-annual convention. The position works cross functionally and with vendors to provide operational oversite and project management to meet department and organization's goals. The Senior Manager, Meetings and Events, facilitates all aspects of meeting planning -- project management, logistical management, financial management, location and venue RFPs, site selection and site visits, event registration using Cvent, marketing, housing management, onsite staffing and logistical management, and detailed post-event reports.
