Job Description
ASAP Installations LLC. is looking for a Project Manager with experience in pile driving, support of excavation and foundation.  This position interacts with upper management, clients, engineers, field personnel and other contractors, and will be responsible for ensuring the progress of each project.  Project types include, but are not limited to, commercial projects, roads and bridges, water management, ports, shoreline protection and for utilities/energy companies.

Qualifications: To perform the job successfully, an individual should possess and demonstrate the following competencies:
  • Five-seven (5-7) years minimum experience as a Project Manager with pile driving, support of excavation and foundation for commercial projects, roads and bridges, water management, ports, shoreline protection and for utilities/energy companies.
  • Financial Acumen: ability to understand how decisions affect the bottom line; know about general financial and accounting principles and practices that affect operations.
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Responsibility for the operation and profitability of assigned projects.
  • Promote safety as the Company’s top priority.
  • Oversee the total construction effort to ensure projects are constructed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule.
  • Support sales, engineering and estimating as required to procure new projects.
  • Interface with owner representatives, estimating, sales and engineering professionals, union representatives, vendors and subcontractors.
  • Ensure all company, client and project policies, procedures, standards, safety programs, etc. are followed.
  • Direct day-to-day operations for the company and perform project management responsibilities until growth warrants additional project managers.
  • Close oversight of all quality control responsibilities to ensure projects are constructed as designed.
  • Provide input for invoicing and assist in any collection effort as required.
  • Develop and maintain positive relations with various union representatives.
  • Provide timely, thorough reporting to senior staff and Owners.
