Primary responsibility is to provide onsite and remote support to a designated group of National Accounts. You will manage andincrease the customer base buying through our portal. You will work with our national strategicaccount team and customer support to ensure seamlessexchange between our organization, distributors, and customers. The National Accounts Specialist willinstall, troubleshoot, and resolve related issues toprovide a smooth customerexperience.
The National Accounts Specialist will be trained and use Digital tools ensuring the defined scope of work is performed and communicated and documented to the corresponding local and National support teams. The territory will be Central & South Florida and travel will be 50%.
