Responsibilities:
Our Construction Equipment Group is seeking a full-time Subscriptions and Electronic Tools Specialist reporting to our Davie, FL branch.
The responsibilities of the position consist of, but are not limited to:
- Maintain our diagnostic subscriptions and informational portals updated
- Maintain the internal licenses and subscriptions log updated, including technician name, branch and territory.
- Create GPOs to process electronic tools and subscriptions requests in the Help desk and make sure they are coded properly and according company policies
- Procurement/ordering- Diagnostic Tools, software and subscriptions as directed and as per company processes
- Verify invoices per Subscriptions and Electronic Tools and receive the GPOs is ERP timely and keeping records Up-to-date of the transactions.
- Code the subscriptions invoices that need to be split between territories and departments, properly.
- Tag and add to Panda (Tool Inventory system) all the cables and electronic tools that are processed by the Technical Support department.
- Work with the Technical support agents on the administrative side so they can meet the requirements we receive in the Help Desk system
- Any other related activity to support the Training and Technical support department as requested.
Qualifications - Skills:
- Knowledge and ability to use computers, mobile devices, and related technology efficiently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Self -motivated, positive attitude.
- Oriented to details and data management
- Analytical and great reporting skills
- Objective analysis
- Critical thinker
- Able to lift 50 pounds.
