Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Assistant Operations Coordinator to join our fire business unit.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with clients, management, and peers. Ability to make presentations to management, clients, others as directed
  • Database Management of Customer Information (including Sedona and Central Station)
  • Answering Phone & General Administration support as needed
  • Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable assistance
  • Coordinate with various company department, management, and clients to ensure smooth workflow
  • Prepare permitting documents and submittals
  • Maintain professionalism in high stress situations

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of administrative experience
  • Permit expediting experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Permit expediting experience
  • Knowledgeable with AutoCAD, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, and MS Outlook
  • Knowledge of electrical circuitry, network principles, NEC and fire codes
  • Knowledge of various low voltage systems
  • Reading and understanding construction drawings
