In the role of Executive Assistant, we'll count on you to:

  • Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • May handle accounting responsibilities related to invoicing with consideration to certain budgets
  • Compose and organize materials and reports and maintain records for work performed
  • Coordinate and manage meeting facilities and arrangements including minutes if needed
  • Assist with travel needs
  • Answer or direct questions relating to company policies and procedures
  • Answer and direct phone calls, read and route incoming mail, schedule appointments/calendaring, process expense reports, and support other administrative functions
  • Work on special projects for Senior level Executives Leaders
  • Support HDR Corporate special projects
  • Help support Sr. Executive Assistants as needed
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree
  • Knowledge of A/E industry

Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience working as an assistant for senior leaders of an organization
  • Professional demeanor
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook
  • Knowledgeable and proficient in the use of multi-media communication techniques and equipment including online conferencing
  • Ability to exercise discretion with highly confidential matters
  • Ability to write clearly and exercise strong communication skills
  • Ability to work with and take direction from multiple levels of professional staff
  • Ability to work under pressure in a team environment with strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Self-motivated, well organized with the flexibility and ability to prioritize, adjust to changes, and handle multiple tasks at once
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture
