Tyler Technologies is seeking a Corporate Marketing Intern to join our Marketing team from June to November. You will work across a variety of marketing disciplines, particularly focusing on social media and trade show management to increase brand awareness, improve association relationships, and increase sales. Key to this role is an organized mind that thrives when managing deadlines, cutting through options to reach the simplest solution, and thinking through physical space. Responsibilities
- Social Media Responsibilities
- Experience/knowledge of social media platforms: LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X.
- Draft engaging social media copy andassist with creative direction for campaigns.
- Identify key messaging and themes.
- Measure success of specific social media campaigns
- Collaborates with Corporate Communications toleverage social media in supporting company identity and key messagesat trade shows.
- Marketing & AssociationResponsibilities
- Explore, analyze, and presentopportunities and initiatives Tyler could participate in with national associations such as sponsorships, trade shows, focus groups, challenges/obstacles, modifications to processes, key priorities, and talking points.
- Act as support and backup on association materials and tracking of demographics (# of attendees, staffing, job titles, electricity, materials handling, internet, lead-management tool, company information, etc.)
- Assist with collecting, consolidating, and sharing pre- and post-show feedback from internal stakeholders.
- Develop andmaintain positive working relationships with association partners, Tyler clients, Tyler staff, and third-party vendors.
- Develop knowledge of goals for association relationships and provide insight in relevant activities to reach those goals.
- Gain mastery ofdigital marketing and social media campaigns and their impact on association events.
Qualifications - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (SharePoint, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience working in Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of shipping process, inventory management, project management, office administration, or similar work may be an appropriate equivalent.
- Basic understanding of events industry and social media concepts.
- Detail-oriented: Able to think through the notes, documents, and communications needed to build a historical record and drive future decision-making.
- Strong collaborator: Work with a team of individuals in remote locations and maintain a positive attitude.
- Ability to operate under minimal supervision, finds enjoyment in independently completing assigned work and meeting deadlines.
