SUMMARY: Provides suggestive and persuasive up selling of Universal Orlando admissions products at off-site partner hotels
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Up-sells guest transactions by using persuasive selling techniques to increase the sale of admissions (i.e., increases multi-day ticket sales, special promotions, etc.) and all other associated UO and partnered products
• Processes transactions for the sale of ticket media while maintaining constant surveillance of cash drawer to ensure accuracy
• Provides relevant park information to guests
• Performs other duties as assigned

EDUCATION: High school degree or GED required. Associate’s degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred. Second language a plus; or equivalent combination of education and experience
EXPERIENCE: One year guest services/ concierge experience preferred and one to three years in sales position with face to face customer contact preferred. Six months to one year prior cash handling experience preferred
PAY RATE: $8.00 an hour plus commissions
